What if I want to make an exchange?

ANSWER: We offer one FREE one (1) time exchange per order!

LSJ will send a return shipping label to customer to return items for exchange. If an exchange is for an item of greater/lesser value, the price difference and applicable sales tax will be collected before exchanged item is returned to customer. Please notify and/or your LSJ Independent Stylist if you would like to make an exchange.

*SALE items are FINAL SALE. They will not be accepted for exchange or returns.

How do I make a return?

ANSWER: To return an item, your item must be unworn and in the same condition as received. Any item in its original condition may be returned up to 30 days after item is received. Items received up to 2 weeks after 30 days and 7 days respecitively that are unworn wil be issued store credit. The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Stylist Activation Fee / Stylist Hosting Fee:

Stylist Activation / Stylist Hosting Fees are non-refundable.
In the event that a shipment does not arrive at the address specified for the order or your order is incomplete, you must report to Customer Service that the product was not received. We ask that these reports are made within five (5) business days from the delivery date.
